- Shipping Area: We currently ship within the United States and now Canada.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During holidays or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Any delays will be announced on our website to keep you informed.
- Please check your shipping emails or text for order updates. As we can't control once shipments have left our store. Packages will ship through (UPS, Fedex or USPS)
- Address Changes: Entered an incorrect shipping address? Please contact us as soon as possible via our chat feature or through the Contact Us page. We’ll do our best to make corrections before your order is shipped.
Shipping to Canada
We’re excited to share Lathered & Pampered with our Canadian customers! Please note that all international orders are shipped from the U.S.
- Duties & Taxes: Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST/PST). These fees are determined by Canada Border Services Agency and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs Clearance: Your package may be held at customs until duties/taxes are paid. The carrier will contact you directly with any payment instructions.
- Processing Time: Orders ship from our studio within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on customs processing and your location.
- Restricted Items: Due to carrier and customs regulations, certain products (such as alcohol-based sprays) may not be eligible for international shipping. These items will be marked “U.S. shipping only” on our website.
- Currency: All prices on our website are listed in USD.
Tip: Smaller orders under CAD $20 may clear without additional fees, but higher-value orders usually incur GST/HST and possibly duties.
